So, I take no credit for this article, I am just reposting an article that someone else wrote. Since I am studying for the bar, my mind is mush, and unless I am writing something to the effect of "Circuit Courts are courts of original and general jurisdiction" then I dont' think I should be attempting to inform anyone of any news.
